This is my very inexpensive look. You should already have most of the products that are being used.
If you do not have any of them, they are no more than $5 or so. Hope you enjoy.

HERE WE GO!!!
Cleansing is very important, if you don't start with a clean palette it won't look clean.
So invest in a good cleanser and a Astringent. (The products used were Avon's Clear Skin: Blackhead eliminating daily cleanser and Clear Skin: Blackhead eliminating daily astringent)

Step 2 Will be your lotion. Your skin should be protected from you makeup as much as possible in my opinion and you need to keep it hydrated. Of course make sure you are picking something for your skin type. Don't buy something that has a lot of oils in it if you skin is already oily and vice versa. (Used: Avon's Solutions AM Total Radiance. This is a oil-free product. I have naturally oily skin )
SN: Don't forget your neck its a really important place too that is usually ignored.

OK now we apply our primer after our lotion has completely dried. Now you are probably looking at this like doesn't that say Monistat on it? yes it does. (Thanks to my bestie Chelly for this tip) It is less expensive than most primers and does just as good a job if not better. It leaves your skin smooth and ready for anything you want to glide on which you will find in our next step. Don't be scared to apply to your eye lids, I do this everyday. (You don't have to apply this to your neck and this is price right under $5 at WalMart)
Here we go its finally foundation time. So I use wedges to apply mine so I don't get my hands all messy and for a more even cover (you can find these at the $1 store for yep $1... packages of 32). Cover your entire face and under your jaw line so you don't look like you are wearing a mask and everyone can see your makeup line. (I use Rimmels Lasting Finish 25 Hour Foundation. It can withstand sweat and rain.
This will be your most expensive product if you don't already have some at $7.95)

You are probably wondering why we are putting powder on now and we haven't even put our eye shadow or anything else on yet. Well another tip from my bestie. If while applying eye shadow if falls down on your cheeks it makes it much easier to brush off. Now I use this brush
to clean off any excess that may fall, instead of the wedge as that would just blend it in vs this that just brushes it right off. Don't forget to put your powder under your jawline also to avoid the dreaded mask.(This is Loreal's True Match super Blendable Powder)
Already on step 6 going smoothly so far I hope. Eyebrows now everyone does this differently. It is whatever you are most comfortable with. First be sure you have fresh plucked or waxed brows. We don't want un-groomed eye brows after all. Now I pluck my eyebrows everyday before putting on my makeup that might be a little extreme for some but mine will get out of control if I don't keep them right. So I use a soft black eye shadow and a very small brush and simply brush over my brows. There may be gaps that need to be filled in and you can always extend them if need be also. Some people like to use a pencil instead. (The eye shadow used is LA Colors and was found at the $1 store, the brush is from MARKS miniature brush kit.)
Next you want to take a skin tone colored shadow to use as your base. You will apply this over the entire eye lid as shown above. This is just your base but you want it to be as even as possible as seen above.
I use an AVON multiple color kit and chose the 1 color inside that matches my skin the best.

Next we finally start applying some color because I was going with brown and didn't want to make it too dramatic, I stayed with very neutral colors. I used first a pale yellow on the inner corner into the middle of my eyelid as drawn on the example above. You want to pat this color on to your eye. You don't want to brush it on as you are not blending and you want to show as much of the color as possible.

The next step is to do your second color which in this look was a very light brown.
You can see in the picture above where the color goes. The opposite side of the yellow starting where
the yellow ends and going out the the outer edge of the eye. After you have both on.
Use your blending brush that I put above and blend the 2 colors together.

Now pay close attention to the lines above. This is not a section you are filling in with your darkest color but lines you are making using your defining brush we looked at earlier. Now this will be the majority of your time using eye shadow as you want to thoroughly blend it lightly into the crease but not too dark in this area When you are at the top, blend up towards your brow but you don't want it to touch your brow. Lastly go across the lash line. After this is done you want to go back in with your pale yellow and your light brown to make it stand out more. I also like to highlight my eye by blending a white across the top of my lid closest to my brow.
I also didn't take a picture but I used a brown eye liner and went across the top and under my eye with it.
Use as little or as much as you like but it really helps to make your eyes pop.
(Eyeliner in any color can be found for about .99 at WalMart or Walgreens)

Blush is next, you want to add this in a j or u shape on your cheek starting around your nostril and going up towards the corner of your eye. (This is again a LA Colors product I found at the $1 store.)
Now we are going to curl our lashes, hold the curler as close to your lash line as possible and hold for at least 30 seconds on each eye then you can apply your mascara.

Well we finally made it to lips and you are probably wondering where the lipstick is. Well I have yet to find a red I love so I have been using a Red lip liner I purchased and apply over my entire lips.
It is a bit dry but actually has lasted me longer than any lipstick I have found.

We have come to the end. Apply your powder again and Voila you are done!
Hope you enjoyed my tutorial and again you share your looks with me.
